No once you have completed your purchase all card details are deleted automatically by PayPal, please see our privacy notice. 

Do i have to have a PayPal account to purchase from you? 

No you don't need a PayPal account. You can still pay via credit or debit card, you can also pay by personal cheque or postal order. 

Is it possible to collect orders from you? 

Yes you can collect directly from us to save on postage all we ask is that you contact us to make prior arrangements.  

What will you do with my e-mail address?

 We will use your e-mail address to send you a confirmation notice of your on-line order, or to answer correspondence. If you would like to be kept abreast of exciting news, features, and updates on our web site, you may subscribe to the free newsletter which is distributed by e-mail (instructions to cancel your subscription are included in each issue). We do not make e-mail addresses available to other organisations. 

I have opened an account with you but I’ve gone and forgotten my password?

 Ooops, Don't worry just click on forgotten password and follow the instructions. 

I would like to place an order with you so i can go fishing at the weekend, will i get my order in time?

 We will try our best to get your order out to you ASAP, please add a comment in the comments box while checking out. Put 'hoping to fish this weekend'. Please note orders placed on a Wednesday may not make it to you in time, if you would like items for the coming weekend your best off placing your order on a Monday or Tuesday. 

Can i contact you and pick your brains about the different leads that im interested in?
